Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone saw the world as we do? Unfortunately, they don’t. We all have our own preferences and tendencies. We all have our own ways of doing things to get the job done. The challenge is when our way conflicts with others’ and inhibits our ability to be effective and work together.

This program takes a look at various communication styles we each bring to the group and how best to use our style to collaborate with others. We take a look at how style impacts various workplace situations (e.g., meetings, decision-making, problem-solving, daily communication, goal-setting, etc.) and discuss how best to interact with one-another. We examine how best to manage that by adapting and flexing to meet the needs of other team members.
