Surveys Training Keynotes Coaching Consulting Facilitation Assessment Development Presentations Focus Groups	Evelyn is a Consulting Associate and has been with The Executive Advisory, LLP since its inception. She has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles and holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from California State University, Northridge. She also has experience teaching and educating one-on-one in both English as well as Spanish. Her educational background has provided her with a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and interpersonal dynamics. Currently, Evelyn works side-by-side with the Managing Director and assists in client correspondence and relations. She manages most of the business aspects in the firm and continues to develop new and creative methods for delivering workshop material that continues to provide long-term resonance with clients. She specializes in the survey and study aspects of many client engagements including 360-feedback and multi-rater assessments, focus group assessments, and team development reports. She continues to broaden her facilitation and training skills, and she is leading the charge for our bilingual offerings to clients. Evelyn is a native Californian from Los Angeles. When she’s not working, she loves to travel, exercise, and teach salsa dancing.
