Natascha joins The Executive Advisory with over 10 years experience as a communication and leadership consultant. She has designed and delivered programs on topics such as professional effectiveness, team development, group facilitation, and presenting with impact for corporate clients as well as non-profit organizations.
One-on-one and in groups Natascha has a unique ability to help people harness and improve their own communication abilities with practical skills-based application. Natascha has helped individuals and teams strengthen interpersonal competencies to create collaborative relationships and achieve maximum impact in their roles. A dynamic and seasoned public speaker, Natascha has worked with audiences up to 3500 and has coached speakers in preparation for both intimate and large audience formats. She uses 360 degree and live feedback as well as video and improvisational techniques to make results driven change in people’s interpersonal interactions.
Natascha has worked with organizations including McKinsey & Company, Dow Chemical Co., Kaiser Permanente, UCSD Medical Center, Sony Pictures Entertainment and the U.S. Marine Corps. Natascha is also an executive coach for The Energy Project, an organization that helps executives and organizations build and sustain high performance by more effectively managing their energy.
Natascha holds a Masters degree in Communication with a focus on Interpersonal Communication from San Diego State University where she also served on its faculty.
