Our process is thorough and collaborative.  We study our clients' situations.  We know that each client comes to the table with different backgrounds, challenges, and objectives.  We aim to truly understand these issues and the constraints our clients encounter on the road to success.

Survey is the first step in evaluating our clients’ situations. We use the advantage of being an outside entity to gain an objective perspective and confidential insights.  We use a variety of strategies to assess the issues.  We conduct organizational climate surveys to assess a company’s culture and relationships.  We facilitate focus groups and collect in-depth knowledge on the organization’s dynamics.  We conduct "real time" observations and shadow individuals and teams to gain a true understanding of day-to-day operations.  We have mastered the ability to collect multi-rater, 360-feedback in an anonymous, confidential, and robust manner over the web so the process is ongoing, measurable, and sustainable.  We possess a broad knowledge of various other diagnostic tools and are able dovetail our approach off their findings to create more consistency and fluidity in our findings.

We are able to also build internal diagnostic systems with our clients in the form of survey tools and performance reviews aimed at internal discovery.  Most importantly, we believe the diagnostic piece is ongoing and continually provides insights and opportunities for individual, team, and organizational growth.
